"Voices of the Poppies" book launch

On Saturday November 1st Silverwood Books launched its new title "Voices of the Poppies" at the Jubilee Library by engaging Dame Vera Lynn to visit.

Contributors to the book read emotional extracts from their poems.

Publisher Helen Hart was raising money and awareness for FLOW (Forces Literary Organisation Worldwide), a charitable organisation of which Dame Vera Lynn is also Patron.
